We started Gulshan Public School in Bachhraon a small town in the district of Amroha UP in 2001. The School is still Class 8.
Today, it has around 350 students mostly from under privilege section of the rural society. We charge a nominal tution fee ranging from Rs.120 to Rs.180 per month. The school sponsors the fees of around 70 students every year. Most of the students are from poor background.
We want to introduce computers as a subject in the school and for that purpose, wants to setup a computer lab.
For this purpose, we need to construct a room, purchase furniture and computers.

The total estimated budget we are looking at is Rs. 6,00,000.00 (Six Lakhs)

It will be divided as follows:

- The cost of room's construction will be around Rs.1.5 lakh including electric fittings.

- Furniture and other teaching aid will cost around - Rs. 60,000 to 80,000.00

- Computers almost 15 to 20 in Numbers will cost - Rs. 4 to 4.5 Lakhs.
You can even donate your used computers and laptops which are in working order and not quite in use now.

We also plan to use this lab after school hours for imparting computer based training MS Office and internet to the youth who have completed graduation and are ready for employment.
This will help them a step closure to becoming employable. At present most of them don't the basics of it.
