Hi My name is Bhaskar and I am raising funds for my cousin brother chowfa shyamwho is suffering from a renal disorder. He is a daily wage earner and is currently unemployed. Now it has become completely difficult for him to arrange the funds for his treatment. He has a wife,  father, a mother, two children who are completely dependent on him.

Everything was fine until a misfortune struck him and his family in January 2018 when he was made aware about his kidney failure. He has been fighting Kidney failure since then. As per the recent report, the doctors gave a final verdict of a kidney transplant as his are progressing towards nonfunctional. By gods grace his wife was found to be a medical match. Hence, his wife has planned to donate her kidney to keep him alive. The kidney transplant operation is scheduled on 27th July 2018.

He is currently undergoing treatment at Apollo hospital,Guwahati, Assam. He has been suffering from this since six months and it has been a tough time for me and my family taking care him and his current medical expenses for dialysis. Transplant is his only hope for a better and living to lead a normal life. He needs a Kidney transplant urgently. The transplant and treatment will cost approximately Rs. 1000000.

We are unable to bear the treatment cost due to financial difficulties.
