I am writing this mail for an earnest request that I am going to make to all of you. 

One of my very close friend in my locality, Mr. Ayan Karati is fighting with very deadly Colon-Rectum cancer. He was earlier admitted to Narayana Superspecialty Hospital, Kolkata, but due to fund crunch, he is now admitted to Chittaranjan Cancer hospital. He was taken to Takurpukur Cancer hospital, but there he was sent back to his previous hospital as the case is too critical for them to handle. Only the operation cost will be a huge amount of Rs. 5.5 Lakh (Leave rest expenses apart), and his family is financially very weak. The pathological tests are not even been borne by the family members as they are having an acute pecuniary problem. If we are to transfer him to other well established hospital in Kolkata (like Tata Medical) or in Mumbai or in CMC Vellore, then it would amount to a hefty sum of minimum 12-13 lakh expenditure. This intolerable deadly disease requires gallons of money supply, but their supply chain is very very feeble to sustain. So, in case you can lend your hand out here for a kind small monetary help, then I, on behalf of him, would be very much grateful to all of you.
 He needs to operate as soon as possible, so I earnestly request you to contribute, if possible.
