I am honoured to be selected to participate in a 14-day Antarctic Expedition hosted by Robert Swan (the first person in history to walk to both the North and South Poles), ClimateForce and The Explorer’s Passage, where I would gain knowledge about today’s issues of climate change, renewable energy, sustainability and how it affects our present and future worldwide, along with a better understanding of the continent’s fragile ecosystem, experience its unique wildlife and observe the magnificent landscape of Antarctica.
The purpose of the 14-day expedition is to inspire and build a movement of Climate Leaders and Energy Champions who will advocate climate action through brainstorming and creating actionable steps for the Global community.
About Myself - Professionally, I am a Strategy Consultant and worked with several multinational companies to achieve their business goals. Apart from work, I am a poet with my work being published and appreciated across the globe. As a person, I am a deep-thinker and have always being intrigued with questions regarding the deterioration of nature and the survival of this civilization and mankind.
My objective - This expedition is a perfect opportunity for me to understand the effects of global climate change on flora & fauna as well as utilize my strategy experience for the preservation of nature. During the expedition, I intend to bring to life the ground reality into words and make the document available to 'One & All' in the world to create awareness towards environment and nature at large. I would also want to create a community of like- minded individuals as me who can help me in bringing sustainable change for the betterment of Earth.
Since this expedition requires significant amount of money, I would request all of you to help to the extent possible. I would be extremely thankful to you for all your help. As a token of gratitude, I shall share pictures, videos and memories from Antarctica. I also intend to document all my experiences together with those of my fellow colleagues on board which I shall share with you to help you understand the ground reality in Antarctica and how can each one of you be further associated with this noble mission.
This is a noble cause and all of you together can help me achieve this!
