Year 1992 my father got a problem, that's why he was not able to see. Due to rasoli in head.
After some days he was operated  in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Delhi and after he was able to see.
Presently 2019 Now a day, he was also unable to see clearly. (With Blur )
As per doctor check up and detailed report( MRI & city scan)  they confirm us.
As per Reports , again a operation will be performed.
again small operation declare.
Now the total treatment cost will be around 5 lakh to 6 lakh so . I am totally depaind on Milaap. So please help......
