Writing this short note to help Jayalakshmi who is going
through series of life threating diseases and hence her family need additional
financial support to save her.

Jayalakshmi, a brave mother from Bangalore suffered from Endometrial
cancer where she went through the pain of abnormal vaginal bleeding. She was
diagnosed and went through surgery to remove uterus in August 2017 in
Bangalore.

Her radiation and chemotherapy is still due and she has now
been diagnosed with urine blockage which is Obstructive Uropathy which has risk
of causing swelling and other damage to one or both of her kidneys. To treat
this disease she is been advised to go through one more surgery for Stent
placement which is a less intrusive form of treatment is the placement of a stent (mesh tube) in the
blocked ureter or kidney.

This surgery cost is of Rs5,00,000.00 for which she and her
family need immediate financial support as they are exhausted badly post Endometrial
cancer surgery.

She can go for radiation and chemotherapy only post this
surgery.

Family is in need of financial support hence request you to
provide your support to save a brave mother.
