This year and the prior year have been nothing short of a nightmare for our country. We have experienced great losses, whether in terms of life or the economy, and the country has been through a lot. In January of 2020, an unknown virus with no treatment or vaccine arrived in India, with the first infection reported in Kerala. This virus spread quickly, like a forest fire, and the first wave of Covid 19 arrived in August 2020. For migrant workers and people who were away from home and lost their jobs owing to the announced pandemic, the last few months of 2020 were a nightmare. In March 2020, the second wave arrived, and this one was the most catastrophic. Due to a lack of treatment or oxygen, approximately 1 lakh people died in a single day in the country. The economic losses were also significant, with thousands of individuals losing their employment. I want to raise awareness and encourage others to be aware of other people's needs and difficulties because we are all in this together and can only battle it together.

My goal with this initiative is to raise donations to assist those who are in need. Oxygen, oximeters, sanitizers, thermometers, masks, and other similar products will be the major materials to assist with, and it is critical that we update the resources or things available around us so that anyone may get them if they are needed. I'll focus on encouraging others to donate and spread awareness on the internet, among other things.

LET'S CREATE A CHAIN OF KINDNESS AND STAND UNITED AGAINST SUCH A DEADLY VIRUS.
