Hello All,
I am Aditya Kulkarni working as Process Associate at GEP. My father(Ravindra Kulkarni) had cancer which is cured but doctors have suggested us bone marrow transplant for his stable health and also to avoid cancer recurrence in future.
On my dad's cancer treatment my family has already spent the entire saving's amount & also exhausted his medi-claim as well. I am the only child in the family.
For bone marrow transplant the estimate is approximately 12 Lacs which includes procedure of the transplant and tests. The Time deadline is 21 days.
Dr.Subapraksh Sanyal is the doctor who will be treating my dad and he will be performing the treatment in Fortis Hospital, Mulund. Attached below are the related documents for verification.
I have attached my fathers medical history documents which contains his medical treatment sheet, histo-pathology report of cancer detection and PET-CT scan, Quotation for bone marrow transplant.
The money donated will be used to pay for Treatment's & medical expenses.
