I am Ishita Pandey, a 3rd-year student of the Aerospace Engineering Department, SRM University. The purpose of this fundraiser is to request financial aid from people to support my education.

I belong to a lower-middle-class family based in a small town in Madhya Pradesh. My family's annual income is less than 1 lakh rupees at the moment as my father is the only earning member of the family. But to achieve my ambitions, my family is trying to take up a loan to fund my studies.  Unfortunately, we are ineligible for a loan as my father's monthly income is less than 10000 rupees. My family's condition has been severe for a while, we have been living in a hut with bare brick walls and asbestos sheet roof. Sometimes at the end of the month, it is even hard to manage for food. But in spite of all these difficulties, I have cleared my board exams and aced it.

However, with passion and hard work, I have reached here with the hope to make my dream come true. I have secured a 9.6 CGPA in the last semester, and I am aiming for the same in the future. Until now, I have bagged 5th position in my University and a scholarship of 185000 from the university.

It would be of great help if you help me complete my graduation without having to worry much about money. I score a department rank every semester as the only thing I strongly believe at the moment is that education is the only way to secure my family’s future.
