Brief medical history
Diagnosed as Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (a condition wherein the bile channels in the liver get clogged, eventually leading to cirrhosis of liver) about 4 years ago. Gradually slipped into chronic liver disease despite best of treatments that we could afford at ILBS (Delhi), Gastro and Kidney Care Hospital (Bhubaneshwar) and Gleneagles Global Hospital (Hyderabad). Diagnosed alongside, with ulcerative colitis. Things have been worsening – lost weight significantly, had blood vomits, developed jaundice, ascites and hernia, recovered from acute kidney injury, and running a continual fever – been in and out of hospitals too frequently of late. Financially and emotionally drained. There is hope (liver transplant) but need your help.
He needs around INR 30 lakh for this liver transplant as soon as possible.
