Soma Sundarapalya Neighborhood Improvement Trust, is a Resident Welfare Association actively engaged in community activities in HSR Layout Bengaluru 560 102.
Current Scenario:
- The project looks to provide infrastructural support for cycling in the neighborhood as a means for last mile connectivity and short trips within the neighborhood.
- There are already over 300+ cyclists in HSR.
- The project proposes to design and install cycle stands near markets and bus stops in 13 locations making up a circuit of approximately 15 km.
- Apart from engaging with the existing cycling community, the project will also encourage behavior change amongst other residents.
