"Imagine  a posh neighborhood, imagine a MBA college, imagine a star hotel and just in  their vicinity imagine a marginalized slum dwelling . Sounds odd doesn't it. Truth is  stranger than fiction. Kalakhadak is the dark truth of today's era. A slum,  near Bhumkar Chowk, Pune, where alcohol abuse, drug abuse, open defecation  and illiteracy rule the like the kings"

SNEH Foundation is working with 40 kids of the community - The Future. Our volunteers takes weekend classes for these kids however they have missed a lot already. We want to initiate daily classes for these by employing 2 part time teachers and a social worker to assist the programme.

Funds raised will be used to pay the rent of the classrooms and salaries of part time teachers and social worker.

We wish to target all the kids of the community and start a "learning center" where kids can come sit, study and play. Let's come together and take a step forward to make the dreams come true for these kids.
