One of our team member conducted one more round of parents meeting at the School to understand their concerns and any specific requirements from their end.
And one of the strong asks from them is lack of teachers in the School and lack of Pre-school for kids, encouraging them to send their kids to private schools. So we're planning to hire a teacher on contract basis to teach lower class kids (Nursery/Pre-school and first standard) at least for a year. This will relieve pressure on two other teachers who can teach for higher standards till 5th. Next year, we'll surely get a teacher from Govt. itself there by withdrawing contract teacher or continuing him based on funds availability. In this regard, I'm increasing the target amount by another 50,000/- which seems easy to reach.
