Tribal Food Aid Update #197

CEI team found signs of anaemia and other indicators of malnutrition in a three-year-old Katkari Tribal child, Mangal Navsha ji, of Avandhe village. When asked about who her father was, no information was received which made it more difficult. CEI is now ensuring adequate support and long-term measures for the health improvement of the little girl

Tribal Food Aid Update #197

Tribal widow Anita ji used to work as agricultural laborer. With Coronavirus speading again in Maharashtra in June and July 2025, she is finding difficult to take care of her daughter. She received food provisions adequate for 1 month from
CEI for her entire family in previous weeks. #CEIFoodAid

Patlan Bai belongs to Below Poverty line nomadic tribe, her husband suffers from Paralysis, she alone has to take care of her daughter in the remote village of Ramnagar Jhalara (M.P.). CEI provided food provisions sufficient for 1 month to her family. #CEIFoodAid
