With the amount fundraised we will be using it for teacher's salary for the month of February accounting for INR 1 lakh. Currently we have 5 teachers working for our school.

The Indian government has changed the way donation receipts will work for Indian donors for tax benefits. Our organization has to upload form 10BD to acknowledge all the donations and associate it with donor PANs. It will then automatically reflect in donors 26AS with tax benefit.

We request all the Indian donors who have not put their details (Name, PAN, address) for their donations from 01st April 21 - 31st Mar 22 to kindly put it in the Milaap portal. Milaap would have sent the link to do the update. We will take out the data on 10th May 22 and use that for 10BD. Kindly do the update if you have not done so.

Hope you all had a great start to 2022. Rise High Public School family wishes you a very happy, healthy, prosperous and peaceful 2022.

We are extremely grateful for your support. Your support has helped us significantly to remain functional and continue the quality K-12 education for rural kids and support our staff during one of the toughest periods.

Your generous support has enabled another 5 students to get selected at district level for 2021-22 session Inspire award and received 10000 as reward from Department of Science and Technology, to build their working models for future rounds. Another student got a chance to represent Bihar in national Kho-Kho tournament. We are also waiting for declaration of 1st part of CBSE 10th results as our very first batch is appearing this year.

Another good news is reopening of schools from 7th Feb in Bihar. This will further help us to impart the education more positively as several of our students face difficulty in online learning due to lack of smartphone and/or good internet connection.

The situation is still difficult and likely to remain so at least till April'22 for us as many parents are facing economic hardship. We hope that with new session, and with no further closure, our financial situation will start improving in the new session. We are looking for your continued support to tide over another 2 difficult months and help the students excelling in their education.
