Introducing our Cloud Kitchen Partner for the Coronavirus Support Initiative

Rebel Foods (founded in 2011 as Faasos and rechristened Rebel Foods in October 2018) is founded by Jaydeep Barman (Co-founder and CEO) and Kallol Banerjee (Co-founder). They are the largest virtual restaurant chain globally, having grown from 20 restaurants in 2011 to 1500+ restaurants across the nation at present. They are revolutionizing the business of building and running restaurants. They have 1500+ virtual restaurants across the country with 300+ kitchens across 36 cities. They are now working on building a network of restaurants that is five times larger than any other in India and thereby becoming the largest food player (internet or not) in the country. They house multiple INR 150+ crore brands as a part of their portfolio & have brands like Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Mandarin Oak, Oven Story, Sweet Truth, Firangi Bake, Lunch Box, The Good Bowl and Slay Everyday. Rebel Foods follows one mission: Good food for everyone!

With the recent COVID-19 lockdown and the air of fear around it, there has been a decline of demand in online ordering. However, the drive to fulfil hunger is unstoppable, to say the least. Last night Rebel Foods served 1000 meals from their brand The Good Bowl to the daily wagers stranded at Delhi ISBT. This was enabled with the collaboration of DDMA and 9 kitchens from different localities of Delhi - Rohini, Rajouri Garden, Dwarka, Kalkaji, Sarita Vihar, Vasant Kunj, Defence Colony, Shalimar Bagh and Mukherji Nagar. Kudos to the Delhi team for pulling this off at 1:00 am post midnight.

Dear Friends,
Especially those in the outskirts of Delhi, Gurgaon, NOIDA, Gaziabad...

Posting this so you could share with local welfare groups:
This is for the jobless workforce and people who are trudging back to their villages to stop by at these shelter homes for food, shelter and rest.

Please amplify if you can.

The Delhi Shelter Board sites are offering free meals, try and send those in need there.
