Nirmala had a good harvest

Nirmala Nayik lives in the peaceful village called Mekhali, Karnataka. She has 2 daughters and a son. One of her daughters is married while her other daughter is the final year. She is studying B.Ed. Nirmala's husband died last year. They owned small land. Nirmala took loan purchase farm supplies. Unfortunately, they had to sell the land after her husband's demise. Nirmala works on the ration shop and her son has a poultry. He rears chicken. Nirmala said, "The loan helped us have one last good harvest. Since my son is involved in poultry business and had very little knowledge about farming we decided to sell the land. Nirmala said they have pretty stable income. And she is now saving for her daughter's marriage. Once she finishes her education and gets a job we will think about her marriage.
