15-year-old Pavan has undergone 2 major heart surgeriesWhen Pavan was just a baby, he was diagnosed with a hole in his heart He underwent his first heart surgery when he was just 3 years old. When Pavan grew up, it was found out that his heart wasn’t strong enough to give him a long life. He underwent another major heart surgery in August 2018.
Within 15 days of his heart surgery, young Pavan was diagnosed with acute viral hepatitis- inflammation of the liver. This has resulted in liver damage. A liver transplant is the only way to save him and he needs it in the next 2 days.

Young Pavan has just 2 days' time to get a transplantDue to his weak heart, Pavan never had the opportunity to go out and play. He has always been a mere spectator while his friends played cricket. His parents tried very hard so that he doesn’t feel left out. Pavan never complained about anything. But now when he got to know that his liver is damaged and he’s running out of time, he completely broke down. He asks his parents every day, ‘why I have to suffer always?’ But sadly, even his parents don’t have an answer to that.
After exhausting everything over the last 15 years, poor parents have nothing left to save their sonPavan's father, Charan works in a private company and earns Rs 20,000 a month. He has continuously spent most of his earnings for his son’s treatment. He had to spent Rs 4.5 lakhs for the heart surgery. Now, he has to arrange Rs 18 lakhs for his son’s liver transplant.
