Relationship Manager
Full time, Singapore ( 3-5 yrs experience)

We are looking for a passionate Relationship Manager to join our team in Singapore. This person will be responsible for foster relationships with our existing “high value” lenders as well as establishing new ties with corporates, foundations and high networth individuals.
You are someone one who:
loves interacting with different personalities and can adapt to changing social situations
is creative and has the ability to customize a value proposition to align it with the goals of any individual or organization
presents innovative ideas in a simple manner with excellent verbal & visual communication skills
has strong writing skills, communicating in a way that is professional, structured and engaging
naturally joins the dots between your growing network and always looking for ways to help others
juggles more than 5 things at once and loves to project manage
has previously worked in a business development role or client facing role in finance
understands the primary purpose of fundraising is to create win-win-win scenarios for everyone involved
Activities you would be spearheading:
Search, identify & pitch Milaap to Corporates, foundations and high-net-worth individiuals across SEA who believe in impact investing
Foster meaningful relationships with existing Milaap “high value” lenders and prepare regular impact updates
Raise awareness of Milaap amongst potential “high value” lenders by carrying out joint marketing campaigns with corporate sponsors
