We somehow managed to take care of him so far but unfortunately, we cannot go further

My child was diagnosed with the disease when he was he was just 6 months old and he started getting blood transfusions after 7 months. It has has been a rather a difficult journey for us arranging funds and as well as blood.

There were times when I had to visit hospital's in Mumbai to arrange blood for him.

People came along, helped and supported us but it is still not enough and how much will even people support, the disease has stayed too long and we have suffered so much.

We both want to save our child by whatever way possible, we would rather die than seeing something bad happens to our child - Sabina - Jasimuddin's Mother

Why should you contribute?

"People get scared seeing the injection marks on Jasimuddin's arms but those marks remind us what has kept our child alive our hope & efforts."

Sohrabuddin is a door to door cloth seller, earns Rs. 4000. However, once Jasimuddin is treated, he wishes to make him doctor so that he can save life of others. He hopes with the fundraiser he would be able to collect money for his child's treatment.

The current procedure requires the treatment of Thalassemia followed a stem cell transplant which is cost them 14 lakhs in total, also they will have expenses based on the complications post the surgery, which would further increase the requirement to Rs 16 lakh.

The family needs your help to save their son and find some peace in their life again.
