Story

Introduction -
Hi, I am Kartikeya, a yogipreneur. Me and my partner came up with this idea to start our own blog/magazine. Initially the idea was to create media about yoga and management of lifestyle disorders through the practice of Yoga.
From the very beginning we wanted to build up awareness and knowledge amongst the local Indian communities specially the youth as many of them are developing lifestyle disorders.
Problem -
We feel the west has successfully adopted yoga in their lifestyles. Now its time for us Indians to believe and take up yoga as a daily health routine, especially the young people who are mostly busy with their smart phones.
After a few weeks of creating media we came across quite a few challenges like, not many yoga professionals in India are aware of the internet and social media as a tool of marketing and spreading yoga in its true form. A lot of them are but they are not willing to take part in it because they feel it is too technical or complicated. This bothered us, because whenever we needed a picture of a yoga posture demonstrated by an Indian yogi to maintain the authenticity of the post we could never find one. There are bunch of pictures but none of them is of an Indian, they are all westerners. Just search for 'paschimottanasana' on google and you will know what I am talking about.
We are not really concerned about the westerners capturing the whole internet when it comes to Yoga infact we appreciate their good work.We want to equip the Indian Yogi's to take over the internet  and social media space and build themselves a lucrative career globally. In the process we aspire to inspire millions of People in India and abroad to take up the practice of Yoga and live a "disease free and stress free life". In fact this is our motto.
Solution -
We are going to do this through various mediums like social media, our own website where yoga enthusiast can post their own content, videos channels and content creation facilities for yoga teachers.
Yogic India will also feature tourism related to yoga and promote such businesses.
Here is a short video we have created.
