Yogesh Chorge is a student of ETC centre for Disability, Vashi staying in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. He is diagnosed with kidney failure and is advised for kidney transplant by a doctor. Till surgery, he has to daily undergo dialysis.

This is the only way to help this kid survive and his family is not able to afford his treatment & have already exhausted their all money in treatment for their kid.
