In last month only, we took 50 students to watch Black Panther movie followed by lunch at Mc Donalds and the happiness on their face I cannot explain in words.
- Helping them to join classes to shape up their talent.
- Making them participate in extra-curricular activities.
- Workshops and events organize by students where people can come and see their talent.
- Few are really good at various sports.
- Providing books and computers.
Collecting this fund, our focus is having some events and workshops which we will organize with the help of this students only. Many of them are really good singer, few are good at sports, few in dancing so with this funds we will be trying to give them such opportunities by joining classes taking workshops etc so we can do something for their future.
Their talent actually made us do this. They all learned just by watching on TV or small events. And if you all see how well they do, you will also feel that thy should perform on some better platforms but they can't because of their condition.
We work to better their lives by improving level of education they are getting, better food, books, organizing workshops etc and sometimes other amenities which they never have experienced like we take children sometimes to eat outside, watch a movie etc which we do almost once a week, but for them its like dream coming true.
We are connected with many other organization who work for many different causes and looking forward to expand it so we can help more of them.We work as a team for different orphanage center through various mediums to provide a better life for the kids trying to live a normal life out there. If you have ever though of having no one in this world for you, nothing left for you, no mother, no father, no home to live. It is really terrible, isn't it?. It's an everyday struggle just to have a food twice a day.
A new study by an international charity for orphaned and abandoned children found that India is home to 20 million orphans, a figure projected to increase by 2021.A new study by an international children’s charity has found that 4 per cent of India’s child population of 20 million are orphans. Most of these children have been abandoned by their parents. In fact, the charity estimates that only 0.3 per cent of these orphans are children whose parents have actually died.
“Poverty has been a significant contributor in high orphan children in these states,” said Rakesh Jinsi, secretary general of the NGO SOS Children’s Village. “Social unrest and terror --- militancy and naxalism -- are two another major factors behind the high number of orphans in certain states”.
This is a really big issue and many organizations are working towards it but that is not enough. We all should come individually together and generate a fund to fulfill their basic needs for living. Many of this children never gets adopted. For adaptation, parents always opt for younger babies, once they are little older no one wants to adopt them. Many of them are handicapped and for them, this life is not better than a hell. So I request you all to come together and save a little from all your expenses and raise a fund to give a little to them. They really gets happy with small things, believe me. Thanks in advance.
