The undersigned has been a ex banker, Regional Head of a Skill training company for south and currently a start up entrepreneur intending to start a "Home Care Services Company" named "We-Care" Assisted Living Services provider.  

Training & Manpower :

As part of the Skill development initiative projects in Karnataka for the BPL target students in Bed Side Assistants and placing them in Home Care Services Companies, the undersigned polished the experiences and has initiated a Home Care Servies/Assisted Living Company as a start up recently.  We made an Investment Pitch to Venture capitalists/Angels and received good response and encouragement and promises to look at funding options after launch and growth up to 3-6 months of launch.

Funding/Seed Capital:  We intend to seek the support and great philanthropy initiative of members to fund our social enterprise to kick start with the right capital which we feel with small contributions and or big investments from wealthy, we should grow to become a one stop Heal care services entity and a go to company with a vision statement "Rendering Care with Heart"

Target Funds and Investor support:

Each Member:  
Can pitch in Rs.5000/-(Min) to a Max of Rs.10,00,000/-

Priority Member benefits:  Will get status as Priority angel funding partner and participate in Company Annual and or Half yearly gatherings of supporting Investors and get rights to recommend care services to needy and friends and community, apart from ROI of a minimum of 12%-15% half yearly/yearly basis.

Vision & Mission:  The undersigned happened to outsource the services of a Patient Care Nurse for my father who was in his last stages of life after suffering with Cancer in the throat for about a year and found the lack of professional and dedicated care services expected out of such Nursing care .  This made me think of the other similar aged and Care deprived elders and patients and this made me to start this venture which will balance commercial and social aims of such services to be provided, with a HEART.

By virtue of my vast corporate, banking and skilling experience, we believe that we are ideally suited to start this venture thereby raising the possibility of giving employment to the under-skilled/skill deprived youth of our country as well create a world class "Assisted Care Services Company"
