I would like this campaign to be ongoing because we have many dreams for our community.
I will try to give you a fully detailed list of the things we have in mind, depending on the funds we can receive through this campaign.
-First thing we plan a Christmas Festival where we want to invite many people to give them a chance to hear the word of God plus some plays, dramas and cultural program as we do each year.
-We bring many widows and widowers, homeless children and individuals as well and give them food, some warm clothing and some toys for the children, all depending on the funds we will receive.
-To rent a tent we need Rs 40,000
-The sound system - Rs 20,000
-Food for 1500 people+ cook - Rs 45,000
-Disposable plates, cups forks, napkins bottles of water, drinks - Rs 10,000
-Warm sweaters for 100 widows/widowers - Rs 35,000
-100 homeless kids give useful things ( gloves, hats, shoes, socks, notebooks, pen/pencil, some little toys, some sweets) based on the funds. Rs 10,000 -15,000
-After that we plan to continue to go on the streets and give shoes to those we find without shoes, talk to the parents, invite them to our home/church and try to help any way we can.
-We plan to start school in four places for slum areas children around Jalandhar. We had started one and kept it going for some time but because of lack of money we had to close it. We need to provide for them books, notebooks and all school supplies and provide food for them plus snack daily because they're floors are very poor and these children have no means of going to regular schools and live uneducated without future.
I'll keep you updated as soon as the funds come and we can start using them and send copies of the receipts.
-Then we want to go visit some orphanage we visited in past and gave them food. I have included pictures. We want to go again.
-Next we plan to buy a land by our home where we plan to build an orphanage for 100 children and old age home for 100 elderly men and women - 25 Lakh followed by construction.
