Through our observation we have noticed that disabled youths are lack in basic Employable skills like Basic Computer for office work Manageable English, other job oriented skills. So we have taken initiative to train disabled youths on needed skills.

In our shankarnagar {Mahalakshmi layout } Hostel we are providing batch wise training on above mentioned skills and after successful training completion we facilitate to get Job in BPO’s, Retails and other sectors. Majority of our students comes from North Karnataka {Belgavi, Bagalkote, Kopala, Gadag, Dharwad and Shivamogga} .
