Our friend Vijay met with an accident 40 days back. He was in the pillion of a motorbike which met with an accident and he was thrown away and had his head dashed against the roadside boulders. He felt unconscious immediately. It seems that the accident was due to the unexpected crossing of a bunch of cattle. To make things worse, it seems that the cattle panicked and ran over him stamping his hand and legs which inflicted severe injuries and fractures.
He had to undergo an immediate open brain surgery to remove a clot and hence his skull was removed and the clot is also removed now. His skull is still not been replaced.
He also had multiple fractures in his hand and leg and the doctors performed surgeries to fix the fractures in his hand and leg as well.
He was in the ICU for the last 40 days and remain unconscious even now. The doctors have advised us to take him home. He is still unresponsive and occasionally opens his eyes. Doctors have advised us to keep talking to him. He will be operated again in the next few days to fix his skull. He is now undergoing physiotherapy.
We have already spent ~10 lakhs and we know that we have to spend more in the forthcoming days to bring him back to normalcy. We have spent all our savings and most of the spending so far was possible because of our friends. Our humble request to you all is to donate whatever you can so that we can see him come back to normalcy. His recovery is totally dependent on your contribution. Your prayers will help him heal soon! Thank you!
