I'm Sruthi Sushanti, I work for Flipkart and my single mother Nidiya Shailaja is a teacher at St.Georges Grammar School in Hyderabad. My mom and I have my brother. It's a small family of which she has been everything.  Two nights ago, my mother had a brain stroke, which led to blood clots in the brain and subsequent swelling. The right hemisphere that controls all things left for the body is completely damaged. Her left side is paralysed. Due to the nature of the brain and this case, we made a decision to operate and remove a part of her skull to give the brain space to decompress. It's called a decompression craniotomy. Post which she will need to be observed for 3 weeks in a ventilator. I need your help to keep her going because I have faith in her, you, and myself. Together we can make a huge difference.
