11 year old Vaishnavi underwent a roller machine accident. She crushed her right hand in the roller machine. 

Her hands have gangrenous fingers tips with discoloration of valor and dorsal skin with multiple bolster, coarsely sutured wound over 1st web space, closed fracture neck ppx of intex,middle, ring, little fingers.

She is undergoing plastic surgery in Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore were as a kid she is suffering a lot with pain. I need to save her hand. As it is a huge amount I am in need of your help with this.
