My name is Husain Zafar Taskeen,  and I am here to fundraise for my close friend's 12 year old son, Mohd Ubaid Mohd Nazim.

Mohd Ubaid Mohd Nazim  has been diagnosed with Kidney disease and upto Rs 2 lakhs has been spent on his treatment till now. He needs Dialysis and Kidney Transplant to fully recover, which will cost around Rs 500000. He is being treated in Dr. Sadanand Bhusari Hospital . Akola under the supervision of Dr. Yasin Amodwala from Surat.
