Chotibai Sahebrao Chaure is a Silai School  Teacher from Dali Aamba  Village of sakri block -  Dhule District. Chotibai stay with her Husband & 2 kids in a joined family. Her husband worked as a Farmer. Sahebrao chuare had a total 6 brother & having a common farming land. His family is a joined family.
Chotibai having total 2 kids, daughter is 4yrs old & son studied in 8th std. Chotibai also worked as a ASHA Worker from last 10 yrs.  As compare to family member  the farm land & farm  income is very less.so every person in the family struggle for day do day expenses. So one day our ngo partner meet chotibai & discuss about our silai school program &teacher already know how to stich  so chotibai found a ray of hope for her better future, because she want to do some work other than agricultural or labour work. She is very excited to join our program & participate in our 7 days training program.
After finishing training program she start her own silai school at her home & discuss with the village girl & enroll 3 learners on her silai school. after some days the number of learners is increasing day by day & till date chotibai trained total 28 learners  & charge 500 as a silai school fees. As days gone chotibai is very famous in her village as a school teacher & her stitching job work is very fine. She start taking job work from villagers today she stitches min 7 to 8 blouse per day  & earn min 600 to 700 per day from stitching job work.As stitching job work is more so she keep other supporting material like fancy item required for fancy blouse, fall, aster etc. also she purchased a piko fall silai machine.
In our master trainer Assessment process for classical silai school teacher for dhule district chotibai successfully passed in our assessment process& today worked as a Master Trainer for dhule district.till date chotibai conduct 2 SSS training batch & trained total 20 SSS teacher.
Today after very struggle & dedication chotibai decided to shift from joined family to singal family for better future of  kids& build their own home in their own farm land. For the construction of home chotibai contribute minimum 2 lakh rupees from her own saving through silai school income. today chotibai stay in her own cement constructed house with their husband & 2 kids. Her husabd feel very proud because choitai contribute in every day to day needs & by her contribution he is able to build his own house.
Futur planning of chotibai to develop her own silai school increase the number of silai machine & maximum concentration of silai school as well as stitching job work & save more money for the better future of kids.
