My name is Mr Mayuresh Javalkar and i am raising funds for (Mr Mayuresh Javalkar) who is suffering from (acute myeloid leukemia) and is undergoing treatment at (Fortis Hospital-Chemotherapy and Sahyadri Hospital-Bone Marrow Transplant). The total cost of treatment is 51 lakhs (21 lakhs chemotheraphy+30 lakhs approx bone marrow transplant) and we need funds to continue the treatment and save his life.
