The Tinplate Christian Club and School in the heart of the Steel city of Jamshedpur has a talented bunch of 552 children, mostly wards of daily wage workers of the region. These eager minds need access to a variety of books to expand their horizons and fulfill their dreams. The school administration is working towards providing library facilities but funds are scarce. We are a team of students from XLRI who visited them and were overwhelmed by their infectious energy and desire to learn. They inspired us to work towards building a library for the school. A small contribution from you can go a long way in helping us build this library for the children and thus shape and nurture these young minds to achieve great heights in their future.
