My name is samsampath0712 and I am here to fundraise for my friend baby, Chinari D/O Munukuntla Chiranjeevi.

Chinari is 2 months old and is residing in Medchal, Telangana. Chinari has been diagnosed with a heart problem. But she needs heart surgery to fully recover. She is being treated at Paramitha Kothapet Hyderabad. Which will cost around Rs.500,000.00.
