Hlow everyone, My self Zishan Sami a resident of Village Madhopur,Siwan Bihar. We villagers and our sports community use to organise sports fest of under 19 players to enthusise there talent and skill and we are organising an inter block volleyball tournament in last of this month March-2018. I am looking for ur precious support so that we can provide better facilities to young players. The raised funds on milaap will be utilised for the social causes ie to those players who got selected and who gonna select in upcoming tournaments and events will be provided all the necessary kits and supports to avail them a facility training. The committee use this raised fund and amounts to send those players to join bestest academy and training camps of there field in sports.We aren’t NGO or any govt authorised platform but yes we are doing our best to support those young villager players in sports to give them all supports. We are organising a tournament again in this month of March 2018 and the sum of amount raised from Milap will also gonna be use in organising this sports fest/event.
#Utilisation of Funds:-
*we provide them best sports facility.
*the expanses of these fest depends on funds raised.
*the fund is gonna use for these young players of rural areas of Bihar to help them keep playing in bestest training centre.
*we manage there all travel expanses.
*we use the amount to shine up the sports career of these young talents.

#Why Sports:-
everyone is having dreams to play sports on there level some get chances some doesn’t and in this count of some the players of rural areas never gonna get chances to come up in the list of short listed candidates due to lack of facilities,there family’s economic conditions and the talent get wasted due to this.
#Purpose:-
we help these poor and rural areas young players of U19 aged to build up there career in sports by providing them all necessary facilities and training thats why we organise half yearly sports events and inter village (Block level/District Level) tournaments of Volleyball, Football and Cricket.
#Why Supports :-
we the organisers are youth and having not that much handsome income to support these players in a full fledge way. All the members of our sports supporting community are youth,non-political and well educated working professionals. We have had collaborated with Bihar Sports federation to keep eyes on our selected players and tournaments. We never as supports from any political body to avoid advertising any of these political agendas.
The one and only reason to ask support publicly is to support these young talents and keep the environment and there platform free from any type of society melodramas going on these days. We support rural areas young players and we declare or select talent based on there performance.
