My father has been suffering from liver cancer (second stage) . He is currently being treated in tata medical centre Kolkata for the last three weeks. He has undergone two operations already and the main operation has been conducted on 8th of Feb lasting for eleven hours. Almost 1/3 part of the liver surgically removed. The recovery of my father is slow but in a positive direction but still he is in a critical shape and the doctors have decided to keep him admitted for another 7 days till the condition improves. Also his first chemo will start on Monday 18th Feb with a dose of 100 power gradually and will continue for 6 week which should show a complete improvement 

Postoperative complications are there but he should recover as he is been monitored very carefully the doctors said. As a result, the treatment cost has also been escalated double the previous estimation.

The hospital administration is notifying us about the dues that have asked us to clear it ASAP. Hence I am appealing to everyone out there for their support to drag my father out of this anxiety.I have uploaded the total expenses which is around 5.5 lakhs as of now and the estimated bill by the end of seven days would be around 10 lakhs according to the doctors.
