This initiative is created for underprivileged women so that they can spend their period days comfortably with proper means and knowledge. Providing them with sanitary pads, educating them regarding menstrual hygiene, and making all of us understand that ‘Periods’ and talking about the same is not taboo.
Hamari Pahchan NGO is trying to establish pad-making machines so that free distribution of pads is done every week which would be sufficient for the women for at least 3 months.
We are also conducting distribution drives every week where 'Sukhad Kit' is distributed which includes pads, soap, paper for disposal, and other essential items.
