My name is Rajkumar Deegwal. My 6 year daughter, Vrati is diagnosed with Congenital Scoliosis.

It is an anomaly of the spine under which the spine starts bending in a particular direction impacting other internal organs of the body.

The doctors have advised for an urgent surgery under which two magnetic rods to be inserted parallel to her spine to support it.

This surgery will cost approx INR 20 lacs. As a pre-requirement of the main surgery, she has recently undergone a Neuro-surgery for detethering of spinal cord.  

Since it is a congenital anomaly, none of the surgeries is covered under medical insurance.

I have arranged most of the required fund from my saving/family/friends/loans etc, still I  am falling short of Rs 5 Lacs.
