My name is Karan Jaybhay and I am here to raise funds for my father Vitthal Jaybhay who is 41 years old. Vitthal Jaybhay lives in Ahmadnagar, Maharashtra with his spouse & children. Vitthal Jaybhay is working as a public employee.

Vitthal Jaybhay is working as a Bus Conductor. Vitthal Jaybhay contracted Covid 19 infection while on duty during the lockdown. Though he managed to recover the initial infection, he is now suffering from Mucormycosis which is a deadly fungus that spreads from the nose to sinus, eyes, and brain. This is a post-Covid complication and can be very dangerous to live if not treated on time.

He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care in Om Sai Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Until now, we spent about Rs. 200000.
His daily treatment cost is 20,000 Rs.

We have been arranging the amount from savings, loans & selling assets. In the next 30 days, we need Rs.1,000,000  more for an urgent life-saving Eye and sinus surgery, called Orbital exenteration with FESS. If not done on time, he may lose the battle.
