Problem:
Its human tendency to overlook others problems and magnify ours and most of the people using cutting edge technologies to create a better future are rich, for the poor are cut off from even the smallest opportunities to harness them and they seldom know such a thing exists, or so it happens at least in India. The best person to solve one's problems is the person himself and so it is with the challenges of downtrodden.
The solution and Our Track-Record:
Through my initiative, Scicopath, I have got the best in the field(be it 3D Printing, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Game Development, XR , etc) to introduce the field to the underprivileged. We have taught cutting edge technologies to over 7000 students from 20+ institutes last summer alone. Determination and resilience are more important than location and so we did take these technologies to geographically cut off locations like remote villages to tribal schools deep inside the forest and we did teach students who pay 3 USD as the fee per year to those from slum areas. We have covered students from grade 6 to Ph.D. and from Engineering and Diploma colleges to school. ALL FOR FREE. Furthermore, our volunteers extend their continuous support and expertise to help them further pursue their newfound passions.
Team and Traction:
While anyone willing to sacrifice a few of his weekends to create long term opportunities for others can volunteer with us, the teachers are selected few based on various criteria. What started as a one man army is now a team of 30 active teachers with illustrious profile (Employees from top tech companies including Microsoft, various competitions and hackathon winners, faculties and researchers from top foreign universities, freelancers working on high profile classified projects, students with foreign internships and inspiring track record, among others) and over 20 perspective teachers are in waitlist. Currently, various NGOs including those running India Literacy Program are interested in partnering with us.

Why 5000 USD?
Our target is to teach at least 5000 talented under-privileged students this summer and we want your support with funds to procure learning materials(sensors, motors, Micro-controllers, etc). Further we need quality short-throw projectors, portable mic & speaker systems which are not
available in most of the schools and colleges we visit.
Note: We fund our travel and accommodation ourselves and your money will only be used in empowering the underprivileged.
