*Suffering from cardiac diabitic myopathy*
Medical emergency occured due to cardiac diabetic myopathy( further details are as followings: - Patient's brother met an accident on 13 February 2019 and expired on 19 feb 2019 . In the night of 23 March severe chest pain occurred to Mr. Asheesh goyal(patient) who went for the consultation in carier hospital, bhopal with his wife on 25 feb afternoon. And after examination Doctor advised to admit in ICU and after few hours patient was referred to Noble Hospital, Bhopal. Doctors after certain examinations found that it was severe heart failure and strated treatment and next day from noble hospital the patient was referred to bansal Hospital. Here doctor advised IABP therapy and it was done there but on 2nd April the patient was referred to Jaipur via an Air Ambulance to Eternal heart critical care, Jaipur as condition was getting critical...
