My name is Parth Choudhary and I am here to raise funds for my father Vijay Choudhary who is 50 years old. We live in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
My Father is suffering from Mucormycosis (black fungus) for last 2 months and is been operated twice. He lost his Upper Jaw due to this disease. He is currently admitted and receiving medication at Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital.
