Every day Migrate workers passed through the city Nagpur as it is the centre of the country. We are witness of some of them have no money for food, no money to travel, no money to buy slippers. They are in very bad condition. After watching all these, our NGO thought to do something for them to help them so that they can reach their house safely and healthy.
1. Creating Awareness both online and offline.
There is no cure for COVID-19 pandemic till now and the only possible step to stop this crisis is to stop the spread. The best weapon we have is social media and as digital India drives are going on so the online platform will help us a lot in creating awareness. After closely monitoring the affected countries strategy, we can easily forecast that India will have to undergo a nationwide lockdown and it could last from 21 days - 45 days.
2. Distribution of Protection Kit and Ration kit and also providing meals
As we have said above that the only possible way to stop this crisis is to stop the spread. We have to provide a large quantity of Protection Kit, Ration kit and meals for migrate workers who are passing Nagpur, Wardha and Latur city
3. How are we transferring the amount?
We have a huge Network of Volunteers, fellows, friends, donors, social workers and our own Trust
So they are recommending us names of the families who needs the help urgently, so after collecting all their information & - to help provide a safety net to families which will help them to survive next 20 days. We aim to directly support these families by providing a minimum wage by transferring in their account, the contribution and work will be uploaded every week on our website page COVID 19 Nagpur.
The funds will be raised in the following pattern -
Phase 1 - Rs 10, 00,000/- Completed
Phase 2 - Rs 75, 00,000/ - In Process
Phase 3 - Rs 5, 00, 00,000/- Awaiting Collection
Phase 4 - Rs 10, 00, 00,000/- Awaiting Collection
We will reach out to the beneficiaries directly, through project partners and through Government agencies.
Additional Essential Packs
We have witness few families where there are children travelling , granny and grand pa’s , we then decided to provide at least slippers and Girls kit , for which we were not prepared yet .

1. 500 migrant travelers and 200 daily wager families are supported with food and other essential supplies till now
2. 50 villages covered under Awareness drives till now.
We are trying to support daily wager and low-income groups with rations for 1 month to 3 months.
