As we see now a days self-defense is more important to girls and women's also to boys.... When it comes to women it's compulsory to learn some self-defense skills and also fitness. There are many girls who are willing to learn such kind of sports but they are financially background and poor, may not be able to afford a little money also. And some are training well and good players but not able to take part in the tournaments... They really have a dreams about Taekwondo , they need financial support.
