80G tax benefits for INR donations

The COVID 19 pandemic followed by the flood in Hyderabad has negatively affected many people. The education and food supply are among the major areas that suffered a massively blow. Fulfillment of most basic necessities has becomes very difficult to achieve. BalVikasa Children Home and Keerthana Foundation for destitute children are among the adversely affected ones. While BalVikasa is in dire need of groceries, Keerthana Foundation requires stationary (textbooks, notebooks, etc.) in order to cope up with the new academic year.

It is that time of the year again when friends and family come together to celebrate the reign of light over darkness. Diwali is one of the festivals where we come together as a family and exchange gifts with each other to show that we care. This Diwali can be a little different. The festival of lights as it is aptly called is more about spreading joy among others than just bursting crackers. This year let us try to paint a smile on someone else’s face.

Your support will ensure that children have food and avoid malnutrition. Furthermore, it can keep students motivated and positive to adapt to these strange times while providing support to continue their education.

About Vanguards:

Vanguards is a Not for Profit Organization working in India for over 13 years, directly benefiting over 2000 children, and more than 350 families every year. We have been actively working in over 10 government schools, several orphan homes and in remote villages across India.

“MUSKAAN” is an initiative of Vanguards to cater the needs of children homes, old age homes and rehabilitation centres. This campaign is led by volunteers visiting the centres over the weekends and fulfilling the monetary requirements and conducting various activities. Vanguards is working with organizations such as Sphoorti Foundation, Keerthana Foundation, Sivananda Rehabilitation Home and BalaVikasa Children’s Home. Apart from improving the infrastructure needs of the centres, volunteers reach out on a regular basis to understand their resource needs and conduct various activities which include brain development games, fitness initiatives, personality development, soft skills activities, group discussions and encouraging talents such as dancing, singing, musical instruments, painting and so on. We conduct guest lectures for the children by eminent personalities who influence society such as bureaucrats, doctors, police personnel, etc., talking to such personalities, the children can identify an effective path to realize their dreams and ambitions.

Giving is not just about donating; it’s about making a difference.
