After service completion he came back to his home town Amravati, Maharashtra. He realized the youth in rural area are frustrated and without any hope and direction.

To bridge this gap, he started a center to train rural youth for defense service exams.

Meanwhile, he passed MPSC exam as Sale Tax Assistant in Sale Tax Department. Also passed senior clerk exam in Charity Commissioner department. He joined the department. The salary coming from his job he utilised it for the food, lodging and training of students, without charging a penny from them.

Later he decided, to give 100%, so he left the job and devoted his life to uplift the life of rural youth by making them capable to join defense services.
