I am Sudheer Koganti and I am rising funds for my cousin, Vamsi.

My cousin Vamsi, unfortunately, was diagnosed with end stage liver disease. This is due to a condition called Wilson's disease which is hereditary and slowly progressing in nature and as a result he did not know till it was quite late. He has been undergoing treatment at Manipal Hospital in Bangalore with repeated draining of fluid from the abdominal area. He is on priority list to undergo liver transplant surgery. This Complex treatment is going to cost 25 lakh rupees in addition to pre operate and postoperative care. We as a family are trying to raise funds and any help otherwise would be extremely helpful in meeting the costs.
