My brother penchalaiah   (Vakati.Penchalaya) started having kidney problems from 2019, he was diagnosed with kidney failure in April 2019 and he was given first dialysis treatment (his kidneys currently only work at 7%).  Subsequently he underwent dialysis under the 'Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme'.  He attends 2-3 dialysis sessions each week.  He was enrolled in an organ donor-run operation for his kidney transplant.

He is survived by his wife (the couple has a 7 year old daughter and a 9 year old son in Nellore).  Due to his health condition and dialysis sessions, he did not get a job.  The family cannot afford to increase the cost of transplant surgery and regular expenses for medication.

Total surgical costs, hospital charges and medication and kidney transplant costs are around Rs 9 lakh.  It would be great if you could offer what you could in making this conversion possible.
