Since the lockdown is announced in the view of managing COVID19 crisis, Udhhar Multipurpose Society has been involved in relief work. We have provided grocery and hygiene items to the families of 1200 migrant labours in Nagpur city. We provide 5Kgs of Wheat Flour, 3Kgs Rice, 2KGs pulses, 1 litre Edible Oil, Spices, Soaps (Bathing soap & dish wash), Salt, Hand sanitizer, hand wash, Mask and Sanitary Napkin. We are operating in rag pickers Community in Nagpur however with local police administration we have helped migrant labours from other areas too. We would like to help more families in this lockdown 3.0, administer a shelter home and take this initiative to the next level.
