Beyond Books Learning Centre
"Our Mission is to build a Better Future for Next Generation"


Concept:

As per the UNESCO’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, we need our people to be a part of Global Change for the betterment of the mother earth. An organization we are bringing some of the Unique Learning System for the development of the civilians. We are also keeping the concept of “Green India, Clean India” in our working approach. Positive change in the lives of our people that they can live a better and healthy life and also they can cope up with the world in the terms of development

The government data the literacy rate of Gujarat state is 79.31 till the year 2011, this data is based on how many people can read and write not on how many of them are skilled, as per the data more than 8 million students are enrolled in the primary education in the year of 2017-18 about getting them trained with the futuristic skills which will be useful for them in the future.

The original idea behind “Beyond Books Learning Centre” is to get students skilful with the skills which are of 21st century and beyond that will help them to be independent learners.

The school education system focuses on the books, we go “Beyond Books” and get the students skilful, we bring different kind of activities and projects for the kids that they can learn different skills by performing this activities and projects.

Our students involved with the teachers and students of different countries on the different projects that they can have international approach and they can also learn and know about the things of different countries of the world.

Our services we are going to provide for teachers and Parents, where we will train them. Teachers and Parents are those who have the influence on the children, and we are going to train them for the students, also going to give counselling services to the parents.

We have created a STEAM Club for the Students of the age of 3 years to 14 years, we will also have a Reading Zone and a mini library at our Centre, displays for the projects and innovations done by the students.

Mode of Working:

We are going to have our own centre that the students, parents and teachers from any school or background can come there and learn there, the centre will be open and available for everyone, we will also be doing Educational Research and Development for improvement of the Teaching and Learning Methodologies, also we will provide in house training to the teachers of the internal villages’ schools.

Expected Outcome:

We are targeting students from all types of schools at initial level we will start with 100 students and with every passing month we will Increase the numbers, our target is to train at least 500 students of the age 3-14 years  each year, and with them 500-700 parents each year, for teachers our target is to train 100 teachers and get them better opportunities to work with better salary, we will also support teachers in placement.

STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths, in this students will learn how to use all these in the routine life and in the practical way,  As students are going to learn how to use low cost and environment friendly material they will be ready for future, with STEAM and other Activities they will be working on the futuristic skills. As they will be with the clear concept this will also support them to become Engineers, Innovators, Entrepreneurs, Artist, Mathematicians, Scientists and whatever they wish to be in the future.

When Parents are trained and know how to help their kids at home in their studies then they won’t need to send their kids for the extra coaching, this will help parents to utilize that money the other development of their kids.

Likewise when the teachers are well trained and skilful they can support the students in their overall  development, also the trained and skilful teachers can get jobs in anywhere in the world.

We want students to develop Independent Learning, Creative Thinking, Critical Thinking, Brain Storming and Problem Solving. We want our young learners to be the Global Citizens since their Early Age, we want them to understand SDGs and their responsibilities for the world, our target is to cover SDGs like  No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Affordable and Clean Energy, Reduced Inequalities, Partnership for the Goals, also we want Parents and Teachers to learn and implement the things which will be useful and beneficial for the Human Being, our target is not only to provide the Education but also to make the responsible Global Citizens and also to support and develop the community, this one centre will be a model and we are planning to start 20 more centres in next 3years.

Requirement:

We know the need of good Infrastructure, equipments, manpower, material and other resources more, will surely enhance our project work and makes us to facilitate future projects without much financial constrains. Hence Beyond Books can allocate funds for its future projects.

We need 3 classrooms Infrastructure with Sitting Arrangement, Writing Boards, Shelves, Cupboards and other expenses like power bill, internet bill and other routine expenses

We need equipments like 15 laptops, 3 projectors, 3 speaker sets, 1 color and 1 black and white Printer, Modem for Internet connectivity.

We need Material for STEAM and other Activities, Stickers for young students to learn new things, Glue Guns, card boards, Electronic Circuits, motors, Batteries, Mathematical Equipments, Scientific  Equipments, Sign Boards, Novels, Story Books, Motivational Books.

As to run all these programmes we will need at least 3 full time faculty and we need to  pay them remuneration for one year.
